Over the years, many of you have come to me for massage—whether for stress relief, chronic pain, emotional grounding, or simply the joy of reconnecting with your body.
You may have noticed that I’ve recently added Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) to my offerings. Tapping is a gentle, effective tool for releasing emotional tension and supporting the body-mind connection in a new way. Some clients love it on its own, others are curious, and some prefer to stick with massage—and all of that is absolutely welcome.
What I want to make clear is this:
💛 Massage is still fully available, on its own or blended with tapping—your choice.
💛 You don’t need to do or try anything new unless it feels right for you.
💛 You can book exactly the kind of session your body and spirit are asking for.
This work continues to evolve, but the heart of it remains the same: caring, attuned presence and support—whether that’s through bodywork, tapping, or both.
